a lot of cons.
1 - Managers & CEO do partiality towards all employees. if you lick their boots you will get good increment & even a chance to go abroad. if you oppose anyone then you will get the worse treatment possible
2 - Increment is just fixed no matter how hard you work, you will have to keep begging them to know how much you will get. management will try their full to pull the increment as long as possible. sometimes it can pull over 2 months & if you have taken more leaves then just forget the increment.
3 - Company CEOs doesn't act as CEO, just wander around office playing with cricket ball, eat & sleep & wander more
4 - job timing, even if your time is fixed for 8 hours you are expected to work more hours for free.
because all the works comes at the same time when you are leaving the office. they just order. there is no overtime whatsoever.
5 - try leaving the office even an hour early then your half day salary is deducted. its just for you, managers & one specific team leader can come & go any time he or she wants. they don't even have to punch the timer. they can chat, gossip around & receive long calls but who cares. but if you as a normal employee do this then you are doomed.
6 - manager are the worst, they don't even have manner to talk to people, very vulgar behavior, too friendly to the extend it becomes irritation & out of control, none of them have basic english knowledge. other employees have to make them understand client's requirement.
