      Amazing culture

      The culture of this company is just stunning, all the people are very polite and considerate. The product is probably not the fanciest at first instance, but once you dig deeper into what the thing is all about, you do fall in love. Very motivated and engaged people in general. Some of the finest professionals you can meet and a very mature environment.

      Cons

      The company is not large and people are staying long, which can be tricky if you do not bond.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience at Zattoo over the past 5-7 years. We appreciate you highlighting the positive aspects of flexible working hours and part-time home office. We understand the concern raised in the review. While there has been an instance where a woman’s employment ended after parental leave, we want to clarify that this was the result of a broader organizational restructuring, in which her specific role was eliminated. Unfortunately, despite careful consideration, we were unable to offer a suitable alternative position within the company. This decision was not related to her parental leave, but part of a bigger structural change across the whole company. We remain firmly committed to supporting all employees, including those returning from parental leave, and to ensuring fair, respectful, and equitable treatment at every stage of employment.
