      You are gonna be working out of your comfort zone, so you are gonna learn a lot. The company is evolving so it is open to new ideas. Willing to try thing AI and Quantum Computing related

      Cons

      I am not sure if it is a cons, but you can feel lost sometimes given that you have to deal with new technologies or in mixed roles (like full stack data scientist)
