Too much micromanagement and not trusting the people you have hired. Knee jerk reactions and changes vs strategy and planning. Expectations for growth not well planned out or organized. No best practices, too many silos and decisions made in vacuums.

(In former employee's opinion) Poor leadership and unclear expectations from most management. Abundant stress placed on mid level managers/employees is evident, and training time of new people is insufficient because of this. Hints of nepotism and good ol' boy culture are evident. Boring, tedious work assignments and outdated business practices will attract few young, creative workers. This will leave the company in a bad place when their long time leadership retires over the next several years. Low pay. Non union, which is especially disappointing for the warehouse side of things.
