1. Management is BIAS... a lot of favoritism goes around. so if you aren't liked then you're screwed. 2. Mostly all people here are Chinese (straight from China), maybe 75% of them. SO most of them do not speak English and it might be hard to communicate with them. 3. Strict culture > NO Flex with hours, you are required to stay here from 9-6 with 1 hour MANDATORY lunch (which isn't helpful to people who eat at their desks) 4. Secretive - you can't share certain info with other co-workers even though we work in the same company (we're all a team) 5. Bonuses are BIAS 6. Salary is LOW. you work long hours (45 hour work week) 7. VERY DRY CULTURE. get your work done and get out type of place. if you're looking to be friends here, you won't succeed. There's a lot of favoritism and spies around that will rat you out to management. so be WARY and careful of who you share info with. 8. This place is CHEAP... they will give you "free food" once in a while and it will be from the "pizza place" downstairs... which is bad food and cheap. 9. Your view of this building would be of a "dump". Literally next to a giant swamp. 10. Work like a zombie. 11. False lies from management about how this company treats you well and "appreciates you"... complete BS. Do not fall for that. 12. HORRIBLE COFFEE! they use the Cheap kind if you're a coffee fiend.

horrible work environment and treat worker like a dog. ceo is a wolf in sheep clothing, he knows exactly what goes on behind the scenes. this place is an immigration center. pretend usa worker does not have skill so request visa to bring family in from china. hr are liars. company cheaper than a dollar store. avoid at all costs unless your chinese or married to one that works for this company, 100% NOT like a startup place, no way
