      Worst experience ever

      Pros

      Coworkers and, if you find interesting going to work by car, there is plenty of room to park outside. Indeed everyday is even more room!

      Cons

      This company should be closed. Managers are really rude people, a kind of 'mafia' with absolutely no idea of management. They take care about nothing but smiling at the cameras. No salary review until you say you leave to another conpany. No team building at all. The most stupid: Also you can't properly eat at the kitchen because there is no microwave, indeed you can't have lunch if some VIP is at the office. You have to remain at your sit until the visit leaves.

      As a manager said "The bright side of this company is that you can be sure that you salary will be in your pocket each month", no comment...

      Cons

      Basically the entitre company except the colleagues. 1 - Location: The worst location ever if you live in BCN or nearby area, 25 minutes from the station, you need a car to work in Zitro. It's mandatory! 2- Leads and Managers: To understand how this guys are in management positions firstly you should know that this company is similar to a dictatorship. So, people in managment positions are not the most prepared, are the more loyalts to the owner, and owner loves this way of management. That means, NO INTERNAL PROMOTION POSSIBILITY NEITHER SALARY RAISES. 3- Trainings: If the company pays you a certification you will stay in the company at least for two years... no comment one more time.
