      Pros

      I truly love working for Zim. It has been a great experience and Zim truly care for their employees. It is a great company to work for and they make their employees feel valued for what they do. This is the best company I have ever worked for, and I look f forward to growing within the company.

      We only get one day to work from home. It would be nice if we at least had two days.

      non-efficient operating systems, process improvement takes long to implement. High pressure to perform. Pay is ok, not industry leading.
