Pros

The best managed company I've worked at. The owners listen to advice and generally act on it, often very quickly. Pat is one of the smartest, most motivated bosses I've had. Ryan is amazing, could excel in almost any position. Jeff and Bindu are crazy smart and make great decisions. Eric is technically savvy, great with clients, and easy going. Gi is super smart and fun to work with. GREAT work/life balance -- 40 hours is typical; if you want to work more it is appreciated but not expected. Very low turnover.

Cons

You gotta love Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects because that is what they do. Alfresco is the main product they implement. I'm not sure the marketing efforts are always focused on the right activities, but I'm a technical guy so I could be wrong.

Pros

* Rapid pace of organization provides substantial opportunities for growth * Team-bases approach to decision making and execution * Lots of FUN - definitely work hard, play hard * Great at developing talent

Cons

* Relatively small company - occasionally limiting the chance to attack every opportunity * Technology Partners / Vendors supported strongly by Zia don't always respond in the same way

Pros

Nice building and work is technically challenging when things are available. Pay is average. The CEO claims to have profit sharing but there was not profit so nothing to share. For people that want to be a team leader, there are opps given offshore is used for development.

Cons

The Sr. VP of Marketing, Phil, is not very good and really does not understand marketing. The CEO, Mike, kind of is involved but really does not know what he's doing to build the company. There is no real culture. The COO, PJ, is in his own world and really does not have the skills to be a COO. The CTO is a part-time fella who really is not very helpful. He was the bookkeeper as well so really did not do either job very well. Everyone does their own thing and there are no real teams or culture. No real growth opps.
