      Laidback environment and chilled out atmosphere. Due to quick turnover you very well may be able to climb to a lead position.

      No room or encouragement to grow, work may not be challenging and can be mundane

      Lots of free time because management does not decide and plan People come and go If you stay 1 year they give you an award ! because no one stays.

      Bad management: Who goes sooner to complain to CEO is the one who wins !

      The people you work with are absolutely amazing people. Willing to help you with any problem you might come across.

      There are severe bullying and harassment issues going on. Especially from management.
