The organisation tends to attract talent due to the cause and there are a few dedicated staff that remain, myself being one of them (although I am now seriously reconsidering)
Cons
Senior leadership team are routinely bullying and harrassing staff and have embedded an insidious culture of perceived failure and blame. Droves of talented staff have left in the last year due to failings at a senior level to address deep seated problems with the practices and culture impacting staff. Don't believe the positive reviews - these have been written by staff 'under instruction'
Huge commitment to the charity's mission and great people working at a delivery level who want to make a difference. Great opportunities for the charity to punch above its weight
Cons
The most unhealthy, toxic, reddish, bullying working environment. Talented people leave and are disaffected. Senior management are totally disconnected and at odds with each other
