      If you enjoy working for a challenge, this is certainly the place. Non structured entrepreneurial environment.

      Cons

      Lack of appreciation from management/owners. Workload is overwhelming. Low salary, low morale. No benefits. Bonuses not based on performance, but on personal connection. Lots of gossip. Health and safety is a major concern, management smokes in office. Lack of concern from management/owners. Unprofessional.
