      1. Opportunities to explore home grown and international brands. 2. The founder has a direct interaction and involvement. 3. Opportunities and experiences to work with the finest talents. 4. Specifically, look out for the video editors team and some of designers at the mezzanine. They're a vibe. 5. One-of-a-kind aesthetically mind-blowing designed workplace.

      Cons

      1. The most incompetent HR ever. Being the sole HR, she's a bully and has unnecessary intervention in team conflicts and speaks irrelevant and insensible. 2. Some of the senior employees contribute to 70% of toxicity. 3. Its ridiculous that the founder won't take actions even after multiple escalations, especially against the HR. 4. No work flexibility, even tho it's manageable.

      No growth structure in terms of learning curve and salary. Shameful morals and work ethics displayed by the director. Director lacks leadership qualities and empathy towards employees. The brands you work with may be good but being horribly managed is not worth the toll on mental and physical health.
