good health insurance, hard to be kicked out even if you have low performance, ability to move between departments so you can learn lots of banking

Cons

lobbying. when the top level management changes he or she brings their own team and kicks current ones, even if you are more competent it is hard to level up unless you have backstage relations

Salary is ok for the newly graduates. If you are good at politics, you can spend your all life here with minimum amount of work effort.

Cons

Too much politics that always keep you from doing your job. Very incapable managers from the top to the bottom. Almost same salary raise applies to both performers and non-performers.
