They pick very nice people to work for the company

low pay that is hard to make higher
they are not paying for your food or even some of it
the money you get for your transportation is not enough for a daily drive to work
the job was supposed to be mainly SOC but ended up being 95% NOC
Kept most current employees when they took over the contract
Cons
Laid off some key people that affected the moral and efficiency of others. Did not follow thorough on promised pay raises or matching 401k their second year on the contract.
