- No raises but the Founder/CEO has hired his own personal coach & chef and drives a new Rolls Royce - No bonuses but the Founder/CEO takes a private jet everywhere - No resources for teams but the Founder/CEO is building a super mansion in LA

Salary is good Growth is quick Work is interesting since you are working with game studios Company perks are great

Cons

The company is in a constant state of flux in an attempt to appease the CEO's current idea. CEO is extremely volatile, will be receptive one day and flip the next. There is a lack of accountability at the top level, "underlings" are blamed for failed initiatives and let go CEO is fostering a fear culture

- CEO micromanages, uses fear and punishment to enforce compliance; - Overall corporate vision and goals are fuzzy from an employee perspective; - Culture of passing blame (many exceptions, though); - Process changes too rapidly to create any actual change; - HR changes can be sudden and/or opaque (layoffs, position changes, etc.);
