      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      - They overwork their employees - The same people are always recognized and favoured. - Lots of bullies and infighting - Very stressful with long hours - High turnover - Change Management and communication issues - Largely consists of younger employees, with little to no previous experience, and are being put into positions that are beyond their abilities - Disrespectful to their employees (screaming at them, making some break down in tears) and other unacceptable behaviours have occurred.
