The way they schedule the week is a borderline scam, they do everything they can to not give you overtime. I worked 89 hours, and got 4 hours of overtime... Pay is lower than all surrounding areas. Horrible managing based on negativity and treating employees like children (they even say this) Lack of appreciation, extreme criticism with any mistakes Immature management, gossiping
