      Absolutely No pros at Xceltec!

      Cons

      At Xceltec you will not get any Saturday off. You will get your salary on 15th of the month, May be on 16th or 17th or god knows. Salary cutting at Xceltec is very normal. You do not get salary slip at Xceltec. They will give you very good 10 years old laptops to for work. They have very good arrangements for your lunch time in dirty basement where all employees park their vehicles. Barley 1 fan working in basement. There is cheap old table and old tables in basement for lunch. No handwash facilities in basement. At Xceltec for every employee different different bond policies. HR is salves of CEO. Management is friends and family of CEO.

      Total "C" class category company, Way to find insult our employee, Cut salary Without any reason No Leave policy , No Other Policy to help for employee total third class policy please read carefully HR policy, All senior employee not help to other employee, not a safe it's a fraud company, but they can try to impress you at interview time,If you not complete your work so CEO force to employees for extra work hours every day. very negative atmosphere and employees are always demotivated enter the rooms , CEO and senior person not good for health mentally harassment. HA HA HAAAA please All Candidate not join this company

Hi everyone, before few months ago the two people from business development team behave totally unprofessional and cheat with the company and the company had terminated them so they are trying to take an act of revenge with the company by harming our online reputation and this is a fake review posted by them. I strongly feel that they tried to ruins my company's online reputation. Everyone, beware of this kind of fake people, also we are sharing the image of the paper ads given against them in past in our Pinterest profile post.
