A lot. If I were a betting man, I would bet on Xaxis folding within the next 24 months. All of the talented employees have left for GroupM's transparent programmatic arms. The agency teams have always been understaffed and undertrained. This problem has been exacerbated by shrinking resources because fewer GroupM clients see any value in working with Xaxis and spend has dropped precipitously each of the last two years. The members of management who remain are the ones who seemingly don't realize they're the officers on a sinking ship. They inexplicably rolled out a "performance" media company based on outcomes. It folded and was swept under the rug. This is standard with any Xaxis product because they're all poorly conceived and somehow executed even worse. Xaxis Media Group is probably next. They consistently promote the wrong people and allow them to frivolously travel and waste company resources. This happens while 99% of employees are told there is a freeze on travel, hiring, and raises.

Where to start: - Politics everywhere - Favoritism is very apparent, people that havent contributed anything tangible are somehow promoted over and over. - Even these people that are promoted over and over just got screwed by not getting paid for their last promotion! Hilarious. - This year has already been chalked up as a loss and no one is getting raises - and if they are its going to be a cost of living increase and (2% if that) and raises will be delayed by 3 months. - 401k has been changed to be only matched at the end of the year instead of matching every pay check like it used to be - another way to trap employees from leaving (people are still leaving in droves and leaving money on the table). - Every person here hates being here - Upper management keeps promising things will get better but have no plan on how to do it, they just know it cant get worse - HA! - HR should stand for Hardly Resourceful - they dont even answer emails.
