Your feedback is much appreciated. While no organization is perfect, you as a Xavient family member, would bear witness to the fact that we take great pride in our people centric culture and transparency. There aren’t too many organizations where even an intern can have direct conversations with the exec management and express their point of view, ideas, or career aspirations.
And yes everyone in Xavient is family! That’s the culture we believe in. We also encourage our Xavient family members to bring in their references to create a system of accountability and a fabric of trust. In that process, we are very proud of the fact countless people from the most humble backgrounds have enjoyed a platform of equal opportunity and equal career progression.
While we will keep the anonymity of your feedback sacrosanct, in your own case, you were given an opportunity to leap frog into a different role and excel. Beyond that facilitation, it is up to the individual to excel and bring a compelling reason to acquire a desired title and role.
With all our vested pride and effort in the fabric of Xavient culture, we are by no means perfect! We know that small pockets of fiefdom and favoritism do pop up from time to time – no different than weeds popping up in a beautifully manicured landscape. It always has been, and will be, our earnest effort to stomp them out.
