Pros

- Company is growing rapidly and there is no shortage of opportunity for advancement. - Employees work together to accomplish goals and make sure everything is successful as possible. - Ability to work with all makes and models of vehicles from a base Corolla to a LaFerrari. - XPEL takes care of its employees - An amazing career, not just a job.

Cons

Our web presence is being adjusted to show the great culture we have in our office, and show the fun we have at out of town events. To show you were just not a corporation but people that enjoy their jobs and love coming to work

Pros

Company appears to be growing and well-capitalized. Pay is good and usually negotiable.

Cons

Where do I start? Upper management and the executive team are virtually non-existent. No cohesive understanding of business goals/mission across ALL departments. Everyone seemingly under water. No training for employees - you are thrown into it and expected to reach out via email with any and all questions. Zero transparency regarding product creation / manufacturing process raises some red flags. Most of all, employees are completely disposable and they will get rid of you without another word if it fits their profit objectives.

Lack of organizational and foundational framework

Pros

Opportunity for a Hybrid option

Cons

Lack of training for every new hire regarding the use of Netsuite system, not one employee has full knowledge of it’s functions except upper management, ie CEO, CFO or development manager (1 person) Lack of accountability from management. Lack of program development team for company management for all employees. Workload isn’t distributed fairly and in many cases some employees are given more workload and forced to work harder longer hours than others. It’s not just ONE department that’s unable to organize workload, it begins with lack of structure for onboarding of new hires. Lack of organizational structure has spilled into EVERY SINGLE DEPARTMENT of this company and because there is no foundational framework for processes and procedures data management is nonexistent.
