Pros
Team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good place to work in terms of hours flexibility and dinners provided.
Cons
Management is very weak and often absent. Little direction on a day to day basis, maybe a pro for some, but can lead to confusion on priorities. Many employees work remotely from Singapore, Philippines, etc., making communication and coordination difficult and slow.
