Pros
Very laid-back work environment. It's a small company so everyone is pretty close which makes going to work easier and more enjoyable. Great entry level experience. Because it's a small company you have the opportunity to take on many roles within it.
Cons
For the field of IT, the pay is not the best. Also working with Troy can sometimes be a headache. He is a great guy who means well but is somewhat scatterbrained and sometimes has a hard time seeing the bigger picture.

Laid back office environment. Troy is a great guy who does mean well; however, he needs some maturing himself. Otherwise, great place to get overall experience in SMBs
Cons
No room for growth. Entitled customers with attitudes. VERY low pay.
