Pros

The onboarding is good and vendors are engaged

Cons

Way too many to start but this place is a revolving door. Awful management HR are disgusting. No Sales Support. Accounts randomly being moved. Toxic work culture. The corporate team just throw each other under the bus. The company has no morals.

Pros

Good company benefits Can work from home sometimes

Cons

At XMA, leadership is inconsistent and often unclear. Management is unsupportive, overly critical, and sets unrealistic targts. Workloads are excessive and targets constantly change, making success feel unachievable. There is little to no meaningful support, and employees aren’t given the tools or data needed to do their jobs properly. Internal systems are poor and unreliable, at times preventing orders from being processed or shipped—directly damaging customer relationships. The culture is equally challenging, with a negative, overly competitive environment that can discourage collaboration rather than promote it.
