      it was good when it was functioning but now its black-listed in many company.. and their ex employee is suffering.

      Cons

      Recently I got call from Wipro and HR told that she can not move further because in Wipro's system, XM Software / Unimoni is black listed. No question is what is their ex-employees fault here ?

      Good Place to work for freshers. Since Technologies are older, some projects are migrating to new technology.

      Managers and Team Leads are mostly older people. There is always politics
