Nothing big, fair or human about them

Don't work here unless you're ready to deal with passive-aggressive feedback, feeling inadequate and incapable of doing your job no matter how hard you try, no support or training whatsoever, being taken off projects with no explanation or feedback of what you did wrong or how to improve, and people who think they know best and not ready to listen to a single new idea you might have. That's my personal experience, and another member of my team went through the exact same thing, so really trust your gut on this one, or better yet, avoid. I'm someone who never had these 'performance' issues in any other job before or after, so it was very difficult to stay positive about the job while I was there.

Pros

Nothing. A lot of work both phones and chat with the minimum salary. You work 8 hours and a half as lunch break is not included.

Cons

The hiring process is really exhausting and they make a 4 days training with a lot of new terms and things to learn. You need to pass it in order to be able to start working. And all this is unpaid.

Pros

Amazing colleagues and nice corporate events. An "okay" flexibility if something happens to you and request to work from home.

Cons

It is almost heartbreaking to see this Company change from "big- fair- human" to "big-I don't care-numbers". About the reviews for professional growth, please do not even bother to believe such a thing and ignore them. Have been made "internally" for a better score in Glassdoor. The internal procedures are problematic and dysfunctional. It is funny because if you get hired for a specific position, you are stuck there forever. No matter how hard you work! For example, people from customer support have been there for 4-5 years, and they do not even have the chance to jump into a different department. They will prefer a new candidate, the perfect recipe for burnout.
