The corporate structure in the company is quite complicated. It's divided in 3 formats (like 3 big brunches) according to the type of shops (and brands) company operates. So there are 3 formats: Discounter ("Pyaterochka" brand), Supermarket ("Perekrestok" brand) and Hypermarket ("Karusel" brand). So each format operate their shops almost independently which go to some mess and communication problems, because it's still one company with head office, global SAP system, centralized reporting and global projects. Sometimes similar functions are shared among different units in different formats, sometimes functions provide services overall the company.
