- no work life balance, this is a marketing job with quite a few events and coordination and paper work required, YET you can only do paper work after working hours . Because managers track that - not suitable if you have a young family, no work life balance. Manager portrays that she’s a workaholic and expects you to be the same. - unfair treatment of staff - manager micromanages. Yet doesn’t set a good example herself. Treats certain people really good, yet picks on others or new staff. - pushes work and jobs to people so she has time to beautify herself. Narcissistic and controlling management.
