Working till 10 pm multiple nights and don't even think about being late the next day at 9 am. Weekend work is also a must too.
Management prefers to bicker about "who's fault" things are and throwing employees under the bus instead of getting the job done. Will delay customers payments just due to pure laziness. Sometimes for weeks.
Most of all emails going to the "Finance Department" in Israel get ignored. Time difference makes it even more difficult to get things done. But we get stuck having to lie to customers.
(Note to customers - only way to get something done is to write a review on the site, goes straight to CEO and he loves to chew people out, so it will get handled ASAP)
HIGHLY likely, and I have witnessed it on numerous occasions, you will train your replacement. A week later, or so, you will be demoted or forced to quit.
Paychecks are always hard to figure out. Unless you make $100K, all management, you are going to have a hard time making sense of your paycheck.
Claims of Ernst & Young audits are a flat-out lie.
HR, is dreadful. ZERO bed-side manner. Will just echo the sentiment of superiors. If you confide will 100% get back to management. Speaking from experience.
In the time I have worked for Worthy I have seen 13 employees just quit or simply never even come back. Building passes on desk and out.
