      Some frontline staff were decent people

      Long, verifiable history of management enabling and participating in unethical behaviour. No vision. No meritocracy. Absurd political environment as a result.

      Pros

      Free coffee, tea drinks etc, employees are friendly. You get a going away cake when you quit. Took us out for dinner 1 time.

      Cons

      Very poor management team. I worked there for less than 6 months and was given very little training. You had to basically teach yourself everything. Poor accounting system, controller was very rude and micro manages you . Long hours, no recognition. Do your self a favour and say no to world-source financial or Guardian capital..same umbrella company

      Nothing good to say here. Join this place if you lack ambition.

      Cons

      For a financial services company, they are stuck in the dark ages. Things move very slowly. Not a shred technology incorporated in product shelf. If they keep this up, they might as well go extinct. NO GROWTH opportunities. Company doesn't promote within. Ton of nepotism. They loose good talent because employees are overworked and never validated with a decent pay.
