Wrong people got promoted and good people were pushed out

Pros

Not a lot of turnover, but the wrong people got promoted and good people left.

Cons

It's likethe mgrs were insecure or paranoid or something. Too much gossipy and talking , like a little small town. Too much secrecy! Weird Halloween, costumes. Kinda like a cult in some ways.

People there were great to work with. Lots of help offered when needed. I'd work there again in a heartbeat if I could. Management was also great.

Cons

For me it was the distance from home.

Great, family like culture. The company provides a great service to people in the training and health care industry

The company is always changing goals and focus. Every 6 months there is a company restructure.
