The organisation has had some great leadership and while now in transition the foundations have been laid for success. It has a powerful and important cause which is inspiring to work towards. The focus on tackling digital inequality and improving online experiences for women and girls runs through the a passionate and committed workforce.
Adrian Lovett's leadership as CEO was inspiring and his commitment to being a visible and active CEO with a clear mission stood out for me. He had huge ambition for the organisation which hopefully will be carried through under new leadership.
Cons
A dispersed team naturally throws up challenges made more difficult by covid.
The lack of visibility of the Board is a real problem while it is disappointing that there is limited interaction with the founders in particular. There is a disconnect as a result.
