      The pay, the hybrid working, the company culture

      Cons

      My manager. I was hired for a very specific role and ended up having unrelated tasks dumped in my lap because they wouldn't hire a department administrator. I lost two years of career development reporting to a micromanaging pedant doing tasks that did nothing for my professional growth and took me away from the role they hired me for.
