Cons
There is no structure to this company. Unrealistic expectations of its employees to work 10+ hours a day, with no break and zero compensation. Their idea of work life balance is that your work is your life. Management has grand ideas with no plan for execution. They set deadlines without having/giving all the information to execute on and never take responsibility for failures, they play the blame game. They have strong core values that they preach to all the time yet don't actually practice what they preach. There is no HR and that speaks volumes to how people are treated. If you are part of the family or friends of the family you're in great hands otherwise you always have to watch your back Side note – for every bad review that is posted there is one employee that will go behind and post a positive review to help boost the company. Perfect example of not practicing one of the core values, integrity
