Pros
1. Work life balance 2. Tech stack is not fashion but fits the product 3. Most colleagues are very nice 2. Most of the time there is no micro management
Cons
I haven't notice any cons, maybe some executives prefer excels and powerpoint for reporting instead of documents is a con, I guess. Personally I don't think excels or powerpoint are good for engineers, especially mentally.
