Pros
Really good and diverse team with tight communication across several continents. Learned a lot in terms of technology and organization, switching from waterfall to agile methodology, from C# basics to LINQ and Entity Framework, from VSS to Git and Redmine. I had an opportunity to test a huge variety of hardware / OS / SDKs and libraries. Easy going management respond quickly with answers and provide with comfortable work environment and I used to work from home twice a week.
Cons
Not the best benefits around, lack of QA and DBA.
