This is a new company with very little knowledge about the hospitality industry in general. Many policies are extremely outdated and have been carried over from the Value Place brand. All managers are micro managed to an extreme extent and have very little authority. This company has almost no focus on guest services and has shown many unethical tendencies when it comes to both guests and employees. This company does not hire full time employees to avoid providing benefits and thus forcing their managers (whom are salaried) to be over worked. This company frequently ignores the complaints of their staff and especially their guests. The managers are trained to pass the buck, avoid guests and in general avoid any sort of compensation for guests regardless of what the reason may be.
