Shouldn't expect any growth or benefits Team leads and Managers are worst. If you are ready to work for 24 hours also they won't be happy Partiality can be easily seen No proper performance evalualtion and hike discussion will be done. They will give one or the other reason before the hike so that you can't expect much from company

All employees share the same floor and respect ideas from everyone that could benefit the organization . Apart from work, Wolken does not leave a chance to celebrate any occasions related to the company or the employee.

Cons

Since it works towards achieving the goals is minimum possible time with maximum quality product, One should not have the expectations of strict process within the development team.
