-Lack of transparency and trustworthiness -Depressing work culture -Poorly thought-out people management: everything is considered fair game if you are hitting in your goals except not one person in my tenure hit their goals because they were not easily attainable and we were not provided the support to reach them -Micro-management -Management was worried more about investing in seeing how much people are working (when everyone sitting there can see) and not in how they can make things better or easier for the workers -Regular operations headaches -No full time tech -No chance for career advancement -High turnover- everyone who has worked at PWM has been duped. -Hours and expectations change daily. ~ Don't expect to get what you were told. ~
