Would be great if you could be more specific about the issues you raised: do you have concrete points to share, so that we could work on improving? As a service company, our employees are the best assets of the company, so for us (as a company as well as the management team), respect for employees and their personal lives is of utmost importance. Therefore, it is very important that when there is a perception that employees are not values, we look ourselves in the mirror to improve. But we need more specific information to be able to improve.
As a current employee of the company, you know (I hope) I have a full open door policy, so if you feel we should discuss 1:1 dont hesitate to reach to me directly. Or if you prefer keeping the discussion anonymous, feel free to reply on this thread.
