      Pros

      They know the Qlikview and Microsoft Business Objects software well.

      Cons

      You will spin your wheels in this position. I have never experienced a business owner so disengaged with the market and his staff. They will continue to be a small company piggy backing on others because they are too lazy and set in their ways to put forth any effort to make it larger and more profitable.

      Management is terrific. Positive work environment. I could not ask for better management. Treat employees as professionals. Coworkers are friendly, helpful and always striving to learn more.
