      you get very flexible work timing

      Cons

      cheats in terms of pf. Company opens pf account after 6 months (sometimes more) .During this period Company uses money of employees' for personal reasons. If You resign , Company accepts it after few months(i.e after getting all project done by him/her) and make that person work till last day of notice period i.e of THREE MONTHS which is huge

      Worst place for an intern, no learning nothing

      Pros

      You can learn things on your own. There is no fix time to come and go

      Cons

      Extremely autocratic senior. No coordination between current employees. Mentor will ask something else and CEO will ask something else. We were promised for 10 k stipend minimum and given was pretty less. Job role is not at all defined and your work will never be appreciated. Reviews of your work are given at the end of I internship. No professional hr process, neither any structure. Mentors were such who themselves were students and less qualified than MBA interns.

      Best Company to work

      Its been 7 months I have joined Wishtree and there are so many Pros:- 1. Flexible working hours 2.No micromanagement. 3. Co-founders are understanding. 4. Transparency in work. 5. Mockup sessions for presentation, calling, emailing and training are given to each employee. 6. No comparison and the best part is they treat everyone EQUALLY.
