You will get in easily if you get an interview with them because people leave this company very fast
Cons
If you want to feel how war criminals were treated during world war II join this company. Instead of a software developer you will feel like a prisoner. It will be a round the clock job. For them as they have hired you its your duty to obey their order even after midnight or early morning. The 8 hour schedule has no meaning for them. Its normally 15+hours daily and unto 20 hours frequently.
