Affinity to a top University.

Cons

They will intentionally burn you out. No morals with low organization-wide morale. I do not recommend working here to anyone.

- Helping fundraise for UW-Madison - Great office space - Great pay - Motivated staff members to encourage employees to do their best

Cons

- No upward mobility unless you are close with the right crowd - Very cliquey with those who have been in business for a long time - No clear way to give feedback to others that are not in your team - Some management does not know the work their employees do on a day-to-day basis

Great people and great benefits. Generally enjoyable work environment eager to adjust to the "times" and trends. Has very positive reputation in community.

Cons

Little opportunity for upward movement and promotion. Somewhat clique-ish allowing upward mobility for "friends" of leadership.
