      The Christmas parties and family events were nice and you will receive a decent Christmas bonus of twelve hundred fifty dollars

      Cons

      Low wages, long hours, very poor lower and middle management. Dead end job with no room for growth or promotions

      Very little workshop manager was dangerous and a liability

      Cons

      Drove people out, bullying from staff covered up by the workshop manager, allowed this to continue lost good people.
