Limited by their own success and plans for the future. Missing that Vision and Strategy for everyone to get on board and support.
SLT seem to be on different pages. Some of the SLT have agendas and can be very territorial.
Company has not evolved with the growth. Growth was not organic, but rather through M&A. This brings a unique set of people and system challenges - which have not been addressed.
People can be cliquey and not share info or even talk to you when they meet you.
Biggest issues: Missing diversity and inclusion & learning and development. These were not priorities.
