Gud to learn technologies. Can learn a lot while doing projects, because you don't have lack of projects.

Bad Management. No leave policy. Bad pay

This review is undergoing investigation by the Glassdoor Content & Community team, along with all other reviews posted in May-2015. However if it's posted by a real former employee and not the same individual posting fake review from various accounts in an attempt to leverage money, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't like the way we manage the company. You will be happy to know that as of June 2015 the leave policy is included into all employment contracts, and that as soon as the pipeline of clients made it possible wages have been increased across the board.

India and working with people from different cultures Getting to know about IT and very recent technology

Cons

Terrible organization from the bosses who want to keep everything in their hands. Everything is messy. Very bad salaries for developers. Not one project is done in time, very sloppy.

Hi there, this is one of two horrible bosses writing. I believe this is our first negative review, so now I know how it feels => unpleasant! WD is a very flat organization so you had, and probably still have direct access to me. Fire up Gmail and shoot me a message. Since "messy" & "sloppy"are my two worst ennemies and I'd love to understand where you think we can improve. Stop hating, help fixing!

Performance review is once in 3 months, apart from that no other pros

Cons

-No computer provided from the company, the employee has to bring their own laptop - No extra Curricular activities, always have to work - No proper seating arrangements, chairs are all broken - Summer too hot to sit and work for 8 hrs - No Leave policy (Asked so many times, but no reply) - No ID Cards for the employee, if you ask they will ask you to pay and get one
