      - Getting feedback or respond from HQ may be tedious & often slow - Staff are somewhat too contented & reluctant to change - Regional offices may have little career opportunities - Lack of involvement from higher management - Operations highly influenced by sales leader

      Flexible working, strong comradery between team mates, well paid job but forced weekends

      Cons

      Absolutely no progression opportunities, management do not listen to problems, the company seems to be scraping the barrel with work to stop the place going under
