      Nothing good in this company

      - Senior asks employees to work on saturdays as it is their birth rights - No comp off , comp off process sucks - HR and management find every opportunity to steal your money - After leaving company you will not get your complete salary, HR dept will treat you like anything - No professional management and eniors -Worst appraisal 10-15 perc , even if ur salary is below 3 Lacs -Company will expect u should spend 10-12 hrs in office and in appraisal inerview they will give u pannies in hand

      Pros

      They have good clients. You may get some good work if you are lucky else be a part of the hell.

      Cons

      Worst work culture, Worst Management, Worst environment, lots of politics etc. Only join winsoft if you are not satisfied with your peaceful life. You will get guaranteed nightmares once you join them. Despite of years of hard work, you never know one fine day you will get demoted and somebody with lesser experience or no experience in the relevant will be appointed as your boss.
