I needed a job quickly and was grateful that they hired immediately.
Cons
The salary was terrible and the lowest I’ve been offered! I didn’t expect that the workload would be so much than one person could handle. It was exhausting! And on top of that, working with management was actually horrible! They were rude, unethical, and verbally abusive!
It's always busy. You'd forget about your complaints easily because of the amount work you'd have to do.
Cons
We were not given enough days off, we work more hours than most people do, and we also get paid less compared to our workload and time we spend at the office working!! I actually felt abused!
The process of hiring the right person for a job can be drawn-out and frustrating. WinMax claims that they make it much easier and more efficient.
Cons
The leadership is awful. They make fake promises to potential and existing clients and put insane pressure on employees. We often had to work with a sense of urgency and sacrifice our work-life balance. It was brutal. I tried to stick here for as long as I could, but quit when the pressure became ridiculously high.
